Either the dude on the right wants to save me 15% on my car insurance or he is Pau Gasol's really, really crappy other brother.

We've got a Pac-12 Tournament today! How anticipated.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! If you watch basketball within the next 12 or so hours, you'll get not one, BUT TWO Pac-12 Tournaments. Not only will you get a Men's Basketball Tournament, you'll also get a Women's Basketball Tournament! Plus, you'll get this knife that can cut through a shoe!

Well, OK, I can't promise the knife, but I can promise an unending amount of basketball today. From noon to almost midnight, it's basketball, basketball, and more basketball! Neither Cal teams are playing today as they both finished 2nd in their respective Pac-12 conference. And 2nd ain't nothing to sneeze at! Unless you lost to your hated rival to end up in second after having the upper hand the entire season. Yes. That.

The Cal MBB team plays tomorrow at 6 PM against either Stanford or ASU (or, basically, Stanford). The Cal WBB team plays tomorrow at 5 PM against either Utah or Colorado.

Today, however, it is about the open threads. This is the afternoon thread, which has the following schedule:

MEN: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 7
GAME 01: (8) Washington St. vs. (9) Oregon St. 12:00 p.m. STAPLES FSN Live Stats
GAME 02: (5) UCLA vs. (12) USC 02:30 p.m. STAPLES FSN Live Stats

WOMEN: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 7
GAME 01: (8) Washington vs. (9) Oregon 12:00 p.m. Galen YouTube Live Stats
GAME 02: (5) UCLA vs. (12) Arizona 02:15 p.m. Galen YouTube Live Stats

Hey, look at that. The battle of LA at 2:30 gives UCLA a chance to continue taking out its SI-inspired rage. Wouldn't it be crazy if UCLA screamed its way through to the Pac-12 Tournament Championship and made the NCAAs this year? Hope that doesn't happen.

Note that you can watch all the WBB games at the Pac-12 YouTube channel there. So, discuss all the games here and check back in in several hours for the evening thread. GO BEARS!
