The first recruiting commit of the Sonny Dykes era has arrived in the form of Loyola cornerback Cameron Walker. Walker has committed to Cal via his Twitter account.
Walker is around 5-11, 180 pounds, posts a 4.51 40 time, and has a GPA of 3.4.

Walker had offers from the following programs: Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, Cincinnati, Fresno State, Michigan, Oregon State, San Diego State, Stanford, Washington, Wisconsin. Walker had previous listed his top three as Boise State, Cal, and Wisconsin.
Walker becomes the fourth defensive back verbal from this class, joining Shon Akins and Trey Cheek from Georgia and fellow Los Angeles-ite Darius Allensworth.
