Todd Barr, DT Lakewood (Lakewood, CA) is probably staying out on the West Coast [14]. Cal may be the team to beat [15], but the rumors have Barr leaning towards Oregon [16].
A high motor guy with great technique who constantly is getting a push on the line. He gets a great jump off the ball using his quickness to beat his defenders. Todd is an athletic defensive lineman who could play tackle or end at the next level. He looks as if he could still add some more bulk to his upper body but overall is a phenomenal prospect. His athleticism cannot be undervalued as Lakewood lined him up in the slot, and in the backfield, both positions showing how talented he is. He is a top level BCS school player. Had 1.5 sacks on Friday night while showing his athleticism against a very good Alemany offensive line [17].
