Because nothing goes better with cougar than meatballs.

Cougar stuffed meatballs with cheese

            Ingredients

1 or 1 ½ pound of finely ground cougar meat

2 eggs

1 cup of fine bread crumbs

30 to 40 ml of milk

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

¼' cubed cheese

Mix meat with all the ingredients, leaving aside the cheese and make small balls of the mixture with pieces of cheese inside. Keep these balls in the refrigerator and chill for an hour or so. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat it for about ten minutes then release the meatballs one by one and deep fry till they turn brown and crisp.

Use this as your open thread for tonight's Georgia Tech/Virginia Tech open thread, because who among us can get enough of that hot ACC action? Why, it's enough to make you long for Big East slugfests all day long! Well, maybe not.
