NO RECIPES FOR EATING TERI HATCHER, THANK YOU VERY MUCH

From Western Hunting:

Jack Wemple's Mountain Lion Steak Surprise

  • 2 Mountain Lion Steaks (1 lb), cut 1-inch thick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 can of beer
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
In a 9x9" flat glass baking pan, combine mixture of milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and Johnny's Seasoning Salt to taste, and a half can of beer.  Lay mountain lion steaks in mixture and marinade for 2 hours.
Roll steaks in seasoned flour, and fry slowly in vegetable oil until just done in the center (don't overcook!)
Serve with green salad, garlic break, and a baked potato or scalloped potatoes for one of the most incredible meals you've ever eaten!

Use this as tonight's open thread for Florida State/North Carolina.  Go...Butch Davis?
