For some people, constipation is a constant battle. This recipe is an old one, and trust me, if it can work for my mums tummy, it can work for anyone's tummy! And her tummy has been a long challenge for doctors.




  1. take a pan.
  2. put in your spinach leaves and pour water over them.
  3. now let them boil.
  4. boil until they are thoroughly steamed.
  5. once done, eat this with your dinner or eat it just like that!
