This announcement was made by Cal AD Sandy Barbour after the Bear loss to Washington today. Some interesting quotes regarding Tosh Lupoi's job status from Tedford but nothing unusual given the circumstances. I'm just left wondering if this truly stopped at Lupoi or if he became the fall guy for something bigger.
