Watch the stream on YouTube! This should be Scott's announcement on the state of the Pac-12 Network (Which I have dubbed "The Network of Champions"). According to Jon Wilner, it looks like Time Warner will be the partner (most likely). This should be a huge announcement as it will shape the future of College Football in significant ways.
