Davonte' Neal chooses Notre Dame over Arizona, makes everyone really hungry

Elite receiver prospect Davonte Neal was supposed to sign with either Arizona or Notre Dame or a wild card team today. Not even the latter scenario fits what appears to have happened.

Davonte Neal, a top athlete recruit from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral High School, committed to Notre Dame Tuesday afternoon.

USC Junior Day Invites include Eddie Vanderdoes, Max Browne, Justin Davis, and Max Redfeld. Davonte Neal also is making a decision.

Davonte Neal, one of the top athlete recruits in the country, is set to make his college decision on February 21. He will choose between Notre Dame, North Carolina, Arkansas and Arizona.

Arik Armstead is on his way to Oregon, Devin Fuller is going to UCLA, and Shaq Thompson, Brandon Beaver, Aziz Shittu and Davonte Neal are still deliberating.
