The Cal basketball transfer market is large. So many players and prospects to choose from! We can go through all the names of the last few weeks. There was Columbia guard Grant Mullins, who is mulling a graduate transfer to the Bears and visited Berkeley yesterday. Jordan Cornish is already planning on joining the Bears and is making his move to UNLV known.
The latest name to watch is Drake center Dominik Olejnizcak, who places the Bears in his top five.
Drake 7-foot transfer Dominik Olejniczak told ESPN his top choices right now are California, Colorado, Florida, FSU and Ole Miss.

The seven footer is looking like a late possibility to bolster Cal's big man reputation. Olejniczak hit 72.2% of his shots his freshman season at Drake, averaging 6.5 points per game and 4.1 rebounds. He would have three years of eligibility left after his transfer.
Although Cal already has two centers in Kameron Rooks and Kingsley Okoroh at least the next two seasons, the Bears wouldn't be worse off for having three seven footers going into 2017-18. Even if Ivan Rabb returns, Cal isn't likely to get him back for a junior season, so the Bears will need to start replenishing the coffers with young players.
Cal fans, your thoughts on Dominik being a potential new roster addition? Go Bears!
