Drink of choice for the Cal-NW opener?

Crap. I just wrote a huge and eloquent missive about my experices with Cal and drinking. Trust me, it was more than thought-provoking. But because I didn't turn off pop-up blocker, it vanished into internet nirvana. So instead of trying to recreate my last failed fanpost, I'm looking for what people are going to be drinking as they watch the Cal-NW opener. For me scotch is associated with our 2004 season, when that SOB Mack dashed our hopes and derailed what would have been our decade of dominance in the Pac10 (I was sipping it while decorating my christmas tree. The decorations were never finshed and the bottle was gone. I don't remember what happned next). Beer is associated with the 2007 Oregon State game. That's what I was drinking at that time. I'm thinking about my options. Turn a new page, and go for cocktails? A california pinot? What's your choice?
