This is getting ridonkulous - Goff named the starter again? Yeah, fine, Coach Dykes knows what he's doing, certainly knows more about his own team than my dumb ass, but to all of us who expected Kline to get a shot this week, What The Football?
What about Dykes' quote that Kline was looking better later in the week, as in, when, yesterday?! Does Goff just glue the ball to his hands in practices? I'm having a real tough time trying to understand what the guy with energy and a general ability to bring it needs to do to get the start. If Goff's quiet confidence was supposed to be his hallmark, what happens when the confidence takes a hit, as Dykes has said it did? Not righting any ship any time soon, so this just frustrates the heck outta me on a Friday. Maybe it's about getting the experience for next year, but between what gets reported and what we see on the field, unless Goff comes out & dominates from the start, leading and willing this team to an upset victory, I'm still saying, give the Kline a chance.
