DBD 10.15.13 Black is the New Black

I was out running errands yesterday with my trusty sidekick Harriet with my ipod on shuffle. Half the music I recognize but can't place. Mostly because more than half of my 32G of space on my iphone is music and I'm more of a shuffle kind of guy. I hit shuffle more than just listening to one band/ one album because I realized that I get stuck in ruts and will listen to the same song/album/artist over and over and over and over again. So every time a new song started, I found myself looking down at the ipod to see who it was. Damn, do I have a lot of music by bands with "Black"in their names.

Black Cobra

The Black Dahlia Murder

Black Flag (I still maintain that Henry Rollins ruined this band)

The Black Keys (were much better without the overproduction of the last few albums)

Black Label Society

Black Lips

Blacklung Patriots

Black Mountain

Black Sabbath

Black Star

Black Tusk

Has anyone else noticed anything unusual in their music collection?

And as per my usual M.O., I will not be bringing any links over.
