For the past 5 years (minus maternity leave for her) I had one person cut my hair. It was great. She knew what I liked, what looked good on me, and she was good at actually cutting my hair. Then she went into a sort of a retirement and I've been wandering lost ever since this summer. I shaved my head for the summer, but now I'm on a streak of 2 bad haircuts in a row and while I need one, I can't bring myself to wander into another random place to pay for someone to butcher my hair again.

Plus, I'm not sure what I really want to do with my hair, so that complicates things. So I ask you CGB Hivemind, how do you find a barber/stylist and what should I do with my hair?
