Will Allen Crabbe and the Bears ever hit another three pointer? - Jeff Gross

Will the Bears (8-5, 0-1) get their first win of 2013 and within the Pac-12 Conference tonight? Will the 3 pointer draught finally be over? Is USC's (6-8, 1-0) bad record just an indication of their tough non-conference schedule or how bad the team is again this year? We shall find out tonight. GO BEARS!

California Golden Bears @ USC Trojans

Time: 8 PM PT

Place: Galen Center (Los Angeles, CA)

TV: Fox Sports Net (Official Cal Athletics release on viewing parties in the Bay Area)

Radio: 910 AM, Cal All-Access (it's FREE for this week)

Preview: Kodiak's preview of this game

Livestats: Gametracker

After going 1-17 in Pac-12 conference play last season, the Trojans have already matched that win total with a 2 point victory over Stanfurd on Thursday. Still, they have yet to recover from the OJ Mayo fiasco few years back. Can the visiting California Golden Bears take over a probably empty Galen Center (averaging <4000 attendee per game so far, less than half of the attendance at Haas) and make it out of LA with a split? Will Allen Crabbe or another Bear be the one to end the 0 for 20 streak in 3 point attempts?

Injury update: no new news on the condition of Brandon Smith (concussion) and Ricky Kreklow (foot). Kreklow played in the UCLA game before getting hurt again.
