Cal Football Recruiting Board: Who's Visiting This Weekend?

Kelley L Cox-US PRESSWIRE

Cal will have over a dozen visitors on campus this weekend, including Cameron Hunt, Darius Allensworth, and numerous commits. Ray Davison, Marcus Manley, Patrick Enewally are all still considering the Bears.

We have an unofficial list of Golden Bears who are on campus this weekend, compiled thanks to the hard work of people who get paid to do this, like the fine folks at Scout and Rivals. Kudos for providing us with this useful information!

OL Cameron Hunt (committed to Cal, receiving interest from Michigan, Oregon and Ohio State): The big kahuna. Hunt is the best recruit in this class according to the services, and he immediately becomes a contender to hit the two-deep the moment he arrives here. Hunt loved his visit to Oregon, probably won't be able to crack the Michigan class, and has a final visit to Ohio State next week. This one's going down to the wire.

DE Ray Davison (Crespi d-lineman deciding on signing day). Davison's coach seemed to be pretty confident about our chances when he said he was a Bear, although Davison denied that.

LB Edward Tandy (committed to Cal). Solid Bear. Only program he's wanted to be part of for quite some time. He will stay solid.

CB Darius Allensworth (committed to Cal) visited Washington State last week. So did DE Takkarist McKinley (committed to Cal). Could either of them become Cougars?

LB Chad Whitener (committed to Cal), OL J.D. Hinnant (committed to Cal), TE Ray Hudson (committed to Cal) & WR Caleb Coleman (committed to Cal) all look pretty solid at the moment.

DT Tony Mekari (committed to Cal) flipped from Arizona a few weeks ago.

DT Marcus Manley (Santa Monica JC) is one of Cal's targets to try and shore up the interior defensive line. So is DT Jacobi Hunter (formerly committed to Indiana). Hunter had his offer pulled from Indiana reportedly and we could have a Davison situation setting up here.

CB Patrick Enewally (uncommitted, has Cal on a shortlist with UCLA and Washington). Enewally was supposed to make a decision on Sunday but postponed things here.

UPDATE: RB Jamal Morrow (committed to Washington State) is not coming. Cal is looking for a second running back in this class to team up with Khalfani Muhammad, but it doesn't seem like Morrow is going to be the guy.

Below is a look at the CGB Recruiting Board, which has been stewarded and created by atomsareenough (send all laurels his way) and has also received ample assistant from blueandgold15 and JahvidKnowsBest. If you want to view the board as a full spreadsheet click here!
