Not much Calympians action on Day 9, but we will continue to give you a space to talk about the games and/or NBC's coverage of the XXX Olympic Games.

From the gym to the track to the beach, Host Bob Costas highlights the best from day nine in London. McKayla Maroney will dazzle with her incredible vaults in the gymnastics event finals. A race for the fastest man alive in the men’s 100m semis and final tests Usain Bolt against fellow Jamaican Yohan Blake and American Tyson Gay. Can China continue their dominance in diving with a fifth gold in London? Two Americans, Cassidy Krug and Christina Loukas, advanced to the 3m springboard final along with China’s Wu Minxia. The knockouts continue on the beach with quarterfinal matches. Both American duos vie for a spot in the semifinals.
