Today my brother went to Nevada-Reno to sign up for classes and take the Freshman orientation tour of the campus. This had me thinking, do you remember the first classes of your first semester and what day and time you had to take them?

Like all Freshman, my brother has to take a Friday class. My Freshman year at Sac State I had to take at least one science class. I took an astronomy class and the lab was for two hours on Friday. After that I never took a Friday class again.

As for the rest of my first semester schedule I took an introduction to Business every Monday-Wednesday for an hour and 15 minutes. I also had to take a PE class (I bowled!) on Monday's and Wednesday's. On Tuesday-Thursday I had to take an English and History classes from 8 to Noon. Pretty boring Freshman semester for me but looking back you need a light schedule early in college in my opinion to get used to your surroundings.

So what was your first college schedule like?

PS: Yes I partied a lot my Freshman year and Rishi would have been proud.
