The last few weeks have been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Were we or weren't we going to have Coach Tedford for 2013 (and beyond). When were we going to know more about a potential head coach for Cal? There's been a lot coming and going.

But I feel now that we've turned a corner. I feel now that things can slow down a little bit. From pretty much August to right now, it's been a lot of conveyor belt content. Get it drafted and get it out. It's a compliment to the people who work so hard at this site that they've hit their notes with near perfect timing day in, day out for weeks and months on end.

But now we don't really have massive upcoming deadlines (like football games, potential firings, or hirings). So, we can start to organize content, slow it down, and move it out at a slower pace. Perhaps for the first time, we can get out of 5 Up on the cover and not have 5-6 posts going up every day!

As for Cal Athletics this week, there is not much going on. A single event: Cal MBB v. Creighton! That is Saturday night. But the bowls start this week and we'll have open threads for ALL the bowl games!
