Are you ready for some more football?

The Thanksgiving weekend football extravaganza continues with week 12 of the NFL season. Week 12 got underway on Thursday, with Cal alumni having prominent roles in the games. Shane Vereen caught an 83-yard touchdown pass in the New England Patriots' win over the New York Jets and Justin Forsett scored on a controversial 81-yard touchdown run in the Houston Texans' overtime win over the Detroit Lions.

This is your open thread for the rest of Week 12. Comment on the action here, particularly with updates on Cal alumni in the NFL. Arguably our most prominent alumnus, Aaron Rodgers, is in prime time tonight, leading the Green Bay Packers against the New York Giants. (Given the events of the past week in Cal football, I'm guessing Rodgers will say "Butte College" in his intro. Amirite?!?)
