Originally, I was going to make a cricket-themed DBD, but I decided against it.

Instead, I realised that the DBD contains a variety of people (and people-like creatures) from wildly different backgrounds. And it turns out, some of us are good at what we do here. Or are really good at something completely unrelated to our job. Or whatever.

The point is, for a particular topic, there's an expert at CGB you can turn to. Want to know about the events the transpired in a particular Cal game twenty years ago? Ohio Bear to the rescue! Not sure whether teeth-whitening is a good idea? Ask Dr. Kodiak! Want to debate history of a French war from the 1200s? CalBear81 was there! (not really)  Want to know how to behave like a pure and utter douchebag? Well, I'm here!

As such, we can probably work together to get a collaborative "database" of sorts out of this exercise. Let's do it!
