"California men's basketball coach Mike Montgomery is scheduled for a surgical procedure Wednesday that will include a short recovery period away from the team."

Should be back hopefully in time for the season. Looking forward to it!

Cal is lucky to have one of the best college basketball coaches: potential Cal recruits are blowing it by choosing to play their college ball elsewhere; but then, it just gives someone else the opportunity to come and better learn his craft.
