"At Cal, I was an offensive coordinator with a coach who was also an offensive coordinator. I'm excited to get back to running my system. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time there and we'll be implementing a similar system to what we had at Cal, just with my signature on it."
Andy Ludwig explains his departure from Cal to San Diego State with Kevin Gemmel of Sign on San Diego. Sounds a little bit similar to Dunbar, doesn't it?

You missed the part of the quote where Ludwig calls Tedford “one of the best offensive minds in all of football”
Plz tell me we’ll be running a traditional west coast offense?
"We lose to Stanford in many sports, but if you want to make a Cal team quit, bring a weapon."

Uncle Ted's comment on Avi's piece
There’s educated speculation that Tedford might want to take a bigger role with quarterback development and play-calling, but we still don’t know.

Avi’s an educated speculator? Has Uncle Ted written an epitaph for Avi?

It is funny, though I guess not too surprising, that his daily lunch links have featured CGB for the Cal link almost every day this off season.
Without knocking the great content that’s here, I doubt there’s that much other content for Cal during the football offseason. I know Ted Miller also likes to link to CGB during media-heavier times during the season as well, it’s just even more likely when everyone else is writing about other sports.
You really need to break down the phrase. Is he educated- yea he’s a Berkeley student. Is he speculating- yes. Therefore educated speculation….
On a side note, I think it would be fun to see CGB fake stories (with a signal within them indicating they’re fake), and see what shit can get on an ESPN blog.
OK, if we start any story with “So, then I said to Alamar, ‘I like you as a special teams coach’”, it is a fake story. Got it?
