I tried to vote for Auburn, but I swear they're not listed.

No. I have until Wednesday. Any suggestions? I want to avoid doing it by hand and thus bringing in bias
In other words, Go Bears!
Well it’s sort of crappy..
Basically for each of the team in the final top-25 I do abs(position in user’s ballot – actual position)/actual position. And then I add up all the difference. I forgot why the division is there. And then I sort from highest to lowest.
In other words, Go Bears!
Ha that’s exactly what I was going to suggest, except I wouldn’t divide by the actual position. Do you do it in excel? Are you really just looking for a way to automate it?

Instead of dividing by actual position, shouldn’t you divide by say, the standard deviation?
