Go Bears!
With the win, Peter jumped from 97th to 9th in the Nationwide Tour money list. The event he won was hosted by Wayne Gretzky and had the richest winner’s share ($144,017) of all of the Nationwide Tour events played so far this year.
Note that the top 25 on the Nationwide Tour money list at the end of the season get exemptions to the PGA TOUR for next year. Peter was exempt last year (after qualifying at Q School in 2008), but didn’t make enough money on the big tour to keep his exemption.
Yes, I am an Old Blue. Now get off my lawn.
