Big time game for the Bears, who need one win out of two to advanced. if Ohio State wins, they would force a Game 7, which would start immediately after Game 6. Undefeated in the regional so far after beating Kentucky 1-0 and Bucknell 10-0, they'd like to win this first one before getting pushed to a do-or-die Game 7.
A win would move them into the NCAA Super Regional in a best-of-three set (against either Georgia or Ratford, at a site yet to be determined). GO BEARS!

Wow!
I haven’t seen any of it because I’m having trouble with the stream, but Cal has jumped out to a 6-0 lead. The Big 10 network announcers just noted the ‘Go Bears’ chants coming from Cal’s road fans!
The #1 greatest threat to America: BEARS
Arioto's been balling
2 for 2, 1 HR, 3 RBI.
And she’s pitching too!

I was amused...
….by the announcer’s attempts to pronounce such exotic names as Arioto and Echevarria. He slowly improved over the course of the game, either due to consulting the pronunciation guide or his color commentator helping out during the breaks. They do get a LOT of credit for clearly understanding the Cal/UC/Berkeley/Golden Bears thing.
Another three up three down inning for Arioto
6 outs to go. She’s working on a 1 hitter.

Congratulations on the regional win!
We’re looking forward to what promises to be an exciting super regional between the Bulldogs and the Bears.
Go 'Dawgs!
Should be good
Hopefully the adage “good pitching” beats “good hitting” holds true.
