LaMichael James arrested for alleged domestic violence

According to Addicted To Quack, Oregon Running Back LaMichael James has been arrested early this morning for alleged domestic violence. Read more here: The Lane County Sheriff's Office website lists James' charges as strangulation, Assault 4 and menacing. Apparently, all three charges are misdemeanors, which seems odd to me. Nonetheless, given the legal miasma surrounding Oregon QB Jeremiah Masoli earlier this year, this does not reflect well upon Chip Kelly's squad up there.
