Others receiving votes:
Northern Illinois, San Diego State, Hawaii, North Carolina State, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Maryland, Tulsa
Dropped out this week: San Diego State, North Carolina State
Biggest Difference from the AP Poll: Iowa +11, Oklahoma State +5, Virginia Tech -5, Alabama +4, Oklahoma +3, Arizona +3, Mississippi State -3, Hawaii -3
Biggest Difference from the BCS Poll: Missouri -4, Oklahoma State +3, Alabama +3, Nevada +3, Mississippi State -3, Iowa UNR
Wild swings all over the middle and the bottom of the poll make the CGB poll inconsistent with the AP and BCS poll (for example we continue to rate Iowa when no one else does and we underrate Missouri and Virginia Tech and so on). But the top is the similar (though Auburn is #1 in the BCS). The only difference is that we'd rather not see the Furd get a guaranteed BCS bowl spot so Wisconsin overtakes them.

The Five Most Confusing Teams Were...
- Mississippi State
- West Virginia
Most people had the most trouble figuring out where these five teams belonged. This list is limited to teams that are in the top-25 only.
Mississippi State barely edges out Iowa by a fraction of a point here. Only four out of five people voted for Mississippi State but the and the votes ranged from 21-24. The same number of people voted for Iowa but the range was one smaller.
The Five Least Confusing Teams Were...
- Ohio State
- Texas A&M
- Florida State
Most people were generally on the same page when it came to these teams. This list is limited to teams that are in the top-25 only otherwise all the crappy teams would top this list.
Obviously Oregon wins since all voters picked Oregon as #1 (I think this might be a first for the CGB poll in its two year existence). Seven out of nine voters picked Ohio State at #6 and the other two picked OSU at #7 and #9. It wasn't as unanimous as the Oregon pick but it was close.
The Five Most Divergent Voters Were...
This award was given to the five voters whose poll differed most from the overall Top 25.
Johnnycougar wins the Divergent award for votes such as Stanford at #3, TCU at #5, Alabama at #6, San Diego State at #23, Northwestern at #24 and Notre Dame at #25. I'm not disagreeing with your votes but just pointing out that it's divergent. SkyOverEverything (I like your name) comes in second with Stanford at #3, TCU at #, Arkansas at #13, North Carolina State at #23 and San Diego State at #25.
The Five Least Divergent Voters Were...
- Ursa Major
- Ohio Bear
This award was given to the five voters whose poll differed the least from the overall Top 25.
First of all congratulations to iwanttheAXE (so do I :|) for winning the Owen "I go both ways" Marecic award! As for Ursa Major his major difference was Hawaii at #24 and Tulsa at #25.
