Despite missing out on the automatic bid (by dropping the MPSF semi-final game to 'Furd), #1 ranked Cal does get credit for winning the MPSF regular season and claimed the only at-large bid in the 4 team tournament (thank goodness that U$C did defeat 'Furd in 3OT of the MPSF finals). Those in the area should head out Spieker on Dec 4th to see Cal take on Loyola Marymount. This is probably Cal's best chance to win a championship this fall.
