In a season that has seen more drama than Twist's wedding night, the CGB baseball season has finally come to a close. In an amazing come from behind, 7-6-1, victory, the number 1 seed, oskisunbear (ME!) was able to defeat Zoonews to secure the title. More analysis after the jump.

After the playoffs were over:
Champion: Lotioning and Oiling
2nd: Zoo News Bears
3rd: westside sluggaz
As I remember the season, it was close all the way through. Ubaldo led most of the way after jumping off to an outstanding start, whilst the rest of us hung around until a late season push had myself, Zoo News Bears, and westside sluggaz all jump him for playoff seeding. A few of the teams did not seem to pay attention.
My hitting was middle of the road all season. I even finished last in OPS. But I finished with the best records in IP, ERA, and QS to go along with second place in W, K, and WHIP to solidify the title.
To all that played: fantastic season, go Bears, and good luck in football!
