I received my Nets season tickets yesterday, and I don't know if I locked in a great price, inflation, or just sheer fortune, but it turns out that the face value of my tickets FAR outstrips what I actually paid for them. To the point that if I were to sell my tickets to the two Nets/Heat games and the one Nets/Lakers game, even if I sold them at face value, I'd be able to recoup over 40% of my entire season ticket package. And I'd probably get more than that, because I'm relatively certain those will be some of the (only?) few games to sell out this year.
So what should I do? The fan in me says I should go to at least one of the Heat games just to see the team, but I find Lakers games depressing because 80% of the crowd is a bunch of bandwagon Lakers and Kobe fans. And I just end up wanting to punch everyone in the face.
