Y'all know I hate the Furd as much as anyone, probably even more than is healthy. And though some of you may not believe it, i DO hate the USC football team. When those two play, I just can't watch. But I was out with friends having dinner after the game, and the game was on, so we watched. And it sickens me to say it, but dammit, the Furd-SC game was a hell of a game to watch. And this was clearly the play of the game:
I've never seen a college or pro QB just truck someone before. I mean, just flat-out-take-him-off-his-feet level him. QB's aren't supposed to lay the hat like that. I hate Stanfurd, but i LOVE seeing a Trojan get humiliated like that. And I gotta give Luck props.
This game has me very confused. I hated seeing Stanfurd win, of course... but... I hated it less than if USC had won! Somehow... seeing USC lose was the more satisfying outcome.
I'm really not sure what to make of this. I feel somewhat ill. How could there possibly be a scenario where a Furdie loss is NOT the most favorable possibility???
