LSU tied with washington. I’m a little scared.

by Shadwhand on Sep 5, 2009 8:47 PM PDT reply actions

Well. . .

This has been awesome so far. Best will do his thing. If Riley can get it going through the air, we could be very dangerous.

I am worried that Maryland isn’t that great of a test of our team. They’re no pushovers but I don’t want to be irrational and go “OMG Rose Bowl here we come

To be fair...

I can pretty much guarantee you that Riley will not be Cal’s QB in 2011.

Looking at the yardage breakdown

LSU’s going to win this game by rushing.

85 total yards, 12 passing.

by Nashville on Sep 5, 2009 8:54 PM PDT reply actions

I thought they were 70-point favorites, though.

We are pretty good this year

But, remember that Maryland isn’t exactly a great football program

Yeah, but we’re playing them in the situation in which they typically play their best. And we are killing them.

Hopefully we can rush Barkley, like they way we have rushed Turner tonight.

I need to go see them live, but this looks like a special group of guys. They’ve seen the worst of times, and they’ve seen the best of times. These kids didn’t build the program, but they make up the foundation.
