I've been meaning to put this up on the front page forever, but I keep on forgetting and we're pretty much swamped. So I want to try to get the ball rolling on this before the USC game, so we might get a chance to sell some of them and sport them at the game. It's going to be close though, epic fail on my part. We can definitely have them ready for a UCLA road trip though!
Here are the designs we've looked at.
The Jet T-shirt, designed by BleedinBlue, proposed by dballisloose
This is my favorite. The back would have some iteration of "Track the Jet at California Golden Blogs", in a way that doesn't make it look tacky. Tell us if you think that'd work.
Shakespearean Bear, proposed by BearStage, designed by BleedinBlue and chowder
There were a lot of design ideas here, if you guys want to refine them please do!

Jerrott, if you want to incorporate your shirt idea with our t-shirt shop, let us know!
CGB Taglines--danzig's proposal
We can do this, but probably later on, maybe during the offseason, since the appeal for this is probably much smaller.
Only a few questions remain.
1. Which online T-shirt store should we use? There have been calls for Spreadshirt, Zazzle and Cafepress. JerrottWillard45 also suggested Custom Ink (BleedinBlue already has a Spreadshirt thing set up and ready, so I might just go that way). Since time is now an issue, I want to go with whatever is the quickest option, but if you can find a distributor that compensates the designer and store owner fairly well, we'd also probably go with them. But speed is the priority.
Of course, my dream is to one day build our own t-shirt store, like MGoBlog (I'd so rock that Forcier t-shirt). But we're not quite at that critical point.
2. Should I buy some T-shirts in bulk and sell them at a future CGB tailgate? I'd probably do something like buy five or ten of each shirt, hang onto them at the tailgate, and sell them at a discounted price.
3. How much should the shirts cost? I'm thinking $15. Is that acceptable?
