I think the o-line has them
I remember seeing Marshawn put one on Justin Forsett’s head at the conclusion of the Oregon game a few years back where Marshawn got hurt Chung’ing Patrick Chung, and Forsett carried the load down the stretch.
I remember seeing a video of Bishop receiving it after Washington 06. I think it is an award for hard worker of the game or something.

Though I’m not sure who decides who gets it after each game.

Back in 2004
JJ Arrington wore a blue hard hat with the Cal decals after at least one of the games…I remember one on TBS, with Craig Sager interviewing JJ and asking about the hard hat.
Nice to see the names back on the jerseys.
I remember a video out there with Jahvid getting one, I think last year (UW or Furd) and he explained that you get a Hard Hat for Working Hard… or something along those lines. I’ll try and find it.
