I couldn’t find this anywhere else, so I went to the various bowls’ websites to compile a list of bowl agreements for the Pac-10 starting next year. The bowls are listed in the order that they will pick teams from the Pac-10 (i.e. Rose gets 1st pick; Emerald gets 6th):

Rose (or NCG) vs. Big 10 #1
Alamo vs. Big 12 #3
Holiday vs. Big 12 #5
Sun vs. ACC #4
Vegas vs. MWC #1
Emerald vs. WAC #1/2/3 in 2010 and 2013; vs. Army in 2011; vs. Navy in 2012

And it looks like Cal is the last Pac-10 team to play in the Poinsettia Bowl for the foreseeable future. I ignored the situation where we have a NCG team and an at-large BCS team, since that would never happen (see 2004).
