Reading the Washington blog's Cal preview
2 things caught my eye:
Cal’s Sydquan Thompson is a big time talent when he decides to show up.
When has he not shown up?!?
Special Teams…California…Cal has more speed, depth, and big play ability than Washington has.
If they’re giving us the advantage on special teams the huskies must have a truly terrible unit
The #1 greatest threat to America: BEARS
Well, what he said is true… we’ve heard about the ‘speed’ of the unit (which I’m not sold on)… but we’ve also heard they are undisciplined.

Perhaps they’re thinking of the two or three passes that Syd has given up. But then maybe they’re also not remembering all the times that Syd has defended passes, or all the times that the QBs haven’t thrown to Syd’s area/receiver because Syd is there.

Anyone feeling this directv dilemma?
Either Washington brodcast in nice sorta ghetto but still hd quality, or CSN California with Cal broadcast team with a really crappy video quality, really crappy.
I started on the Washington broadcast and Sofele is apparently Sofe’e’le.
They probably couldn’t bring their HD cameras so they just have SD ones and zoom the picture in to fill up the widescreen, making the quality even worse. CSN seems to do this a lot with road broadcasts. I’ve noticed this on Giants and Sharks games too.
And now I noticed that there’s no first down marker either…

Why can't the Bears defense concentrate
