Ew, WMV.

Every time somebody encodes a file with WMV, God kills a kitten. Please, think of the kittens.

Hm. I doubt it. You have to do it through Disk Utilities. I found this, but I have no idea if it works.

If Chicago or TouchedTheAxe releases an ISO, it’s because they want you to watch this content on your TV. If that’s not an option for you then download VLC player and drag and drop the file into it and it should play.

I agree the goal is to get it on TV via DVD, but I have yet to try burning DVDs on my MacBook, so this will be my first attempt… I’ll check back in this evening after I’m able to give it a shot…

Actually, we have a lot of Mac people on this blog. If you can answer this question for us, that would be great.

It worked fine for Cal-ASU for me.

The best thing to do to watch it on your Mac is to mount the image file – then use the native DVD proram to watch. Otherwise you can toast the ISO file using Toaster.

Danke!

I was at the game, but I definitely appreciate the chance to get a better look at the plays!

Can someone explain what I need to do to utilize this file? I’m sure its been explained 75 times before on here…

It’s an ISO file, which means it’s a straight DVD image. If you have DVD burning software, it should accept an ISO as a file type and you should be able to burn straight to a disk.

If you don’t want to burn it to disk and just want to watch it on your PC, there are a number of DVD software apps designed for playing DVDs on your computer that’ll take an ISO for an input instead of a physical DVD in the drive.

Or just use vlc. Works for me, at least.

google “VLC player” and download it from a reputable site like Cnet.com. it’s a utility that plays a lot of different files. danzig would be able to explain better.

Glad to see this up so quickly. Us DirecTV customers are in the midst of a two-game withdrawl from TV feeds of the game and having the Torrent quick is a big plus. Keep it coming next week! (Even if we lose)

In the end, I ended up going driving to the Arizona game even though I had the flu because I just couldn’t stand the idea of some small, low resolution, low frame-rate internet feed for the game. I probably would have stayed home if it had been available to me on TV.

So I guess in the end, that’s a good thing because it was good to witness that game in person. :)

And great for somebody with the flu to be in the freezing cold with 60,000 of your best friends.

I was good about it. No high five, no touching the railings, no going to the bathroom, no yelling. I don’t seem worse for the wear and I doubt I got anyone sick.

No going to the bathroom!?!? That’s impressive no matter how you cut it.
