Hey I would be for more pressure, but aggressive isn’t necessarily what we need. Gregory’s defense was fine last year – that tells me it’s not scheme.
Gregory had a great linebacking corps last year, which makes up for a lot of deficiencies in scheme.

You wouldn’t be saying it’s only 10-6. The defense has been awful!
Nothing unusual today.
O-line being pushed all day, defense letting the opponent QB make easy passes, special teams sucking except for Bryan Anger… if Riley starts overthrowing, it’ll be just another typical 2009 Cal game.

How many players have regressed defensively?
For the Bears? Honestly there’s no fight in the defense, Gregory’s bend but don’t break philosophy is pathetic! Can you imagine Oregon, Oregon State, USC, and Arizona State playing like the Bears do defensively? They’d never do it because it allows for way too many big plays and points being scored!
Each one of those coordinators knows how to run a defense, Gregory on the other hand is clueless.
