I think I might actually be living in Tahoe next year (I mean, it’s next year so I don’t know shit about it but it’s possible), so I am pleased with the possibilities here.

It was fantastic."

The Wolf Pack, eh?
They’re no slouches, that’s for sure. They’ve been to a bowl game every year since 2005, but they haven’t won any of said bowl games since then (’05 Hawaii bowl against Central Florida).
Their head coach Chris Ault has been there for 24 years with a 198–91–1 record. Wow.

especially if kaepernick doesn’t go pro… they’re slamming WAC opponents with him. i can see them beating boise this year (even on the smurf turf)

….egad, not another competent passing attack!
Nevada Home Dates
Looks like the Wolfpack are actually all full up in 2011 to return a game, but September 1, 2012 is open for both schools, as is September 21, 2013. Those would be the earliest these games could be played, I think.
So, basically, you gotta Go Bears!

This is awesome, I turn 21 right before the start of next season, looks like this will be my first official gambling weekend, and other than the emerald bowl my first cal game not at memorial!

Indeed. Declaring other stadiums besides Memorial to be Bear Territory is a treasured pastime of mine.

Last meeting with Nevada
I believe it was in the 1996 season. Cal won 33-15 at Memorial Stadium.
Praise be to Tedford!
The way our schedule shapes up now
We have a home game on Nov. 13 against Oregon, but then two straight bye weeks before the Big Game on Dec. 4. Query whether we will try and move one of our Pac-10 games to Nov. 20 to avoid the back to back bye weeks.
Praise be to Tedford!
oh yeah, we definitely will rejigger next year’s schedule. i was briefly looking to see which game(s) could be moved back; i’ll have to do that again
