NFL Open Thread Week Somethingorother
I have no idea what week this is, I'm still drunk off of the Cal victory from yesterday. I don't think the Niners are playing today and I don't think you can watch the Raiders game if you live in the Bay Area.
So, we get to watch some GOOD football today! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I woke up late (about 1pm)
Thinking that the Giants-Saints game would be a Sunday Night game. Turns out it’s almost over and that the Saints are killing the Giants. Oh well. Was looking forward to a thriller of a game.
In other words, Go Bears!
Ravens-Vikings has been a great one

I was thinking..
.. I can’t wait to see Crabtree play next week. He’s awesome in Madden, wonder how he’ll be IRL. Wonder if Singletary will even let him play a lot. And I wonder how he feels about the relocation from Lubbock, TX to San Francisco, CA lol
In other words, Go Bears!
Desean has 1 catch for 51 yards
But more importantly JAMARCUS RUSSELL JUST THREW A TD WTF.

I didn’t know where to put this, and didn’t feel it was important enough for an individual fanshot.
Stanford lost two high-profile recruits over the weekend.
1) 4-star, #11 Tight End prospect (79 espn rating) Blake Barker to Harvard
2) Under-Armour All-American, 4-star, and Top-100 prospect Tai-ler Jones to Notre Dame
Furd for Harvard???
Barker must be crazy smart.

Replay of game?
Does anyone know if the Cal game is going to be replayed? I forgot to set my dvr yesterday before we left for the game. :(
I expect the usual suspects are prepping the game for downloading as we speak, for what that’s worth.

nope, TimeWarner unfortunately. I was hoping that ESPN would replay it at 3 am or something. I got lucky with the Minnesota game that way.
Should have a torrent either tonight or tomorrow.

I hate the Raiders. They play awful, horrible football for most of the season and prevent me from watching good games. Finally, they get blacked out and what happens? Every other afternoon game is a blowout and their game is actually competitive, plus it involves Desean.
Still, I’m pretty sure it’s an ugly game only marginally worth watching. But still!

That the Patriots shouldn’t trade Tom Brady for Mark Sanchez. Right?
The #1 greatest threat to America: BEARS
The excessive coronation of Sanchez, combined with the reports that Brady hasn’t been sharp this season, by ESPN, were really premature.
Act all day, dance all night. Let's get it poppin'... I'm in Bombay, trick!
It must be because I don’t watch ESPN anymore. What hype for Sanchez? He seems to be a nice rookie QB with a promising future, but I haven’t seen anything else.
And Brady lit up a team that packed it in. There was laughable coverage on half of those TD throws.

I’m basing this just what I read off ESPN.com (timepass while I wait for BART, etc). They’ve been overhyping Sanchez like no other, gushing every single time he throws a completion.
Who should I take in tonight’s game?
