Cal Spirit DeCal.

I figure this post is relevant for this blog and based on what I've seen on laptops so far this semester, people definitely look at CFB (12:37PM: I swear I meant CGB! I totes did) during classes, so it's definitely getting to its target audience.

I'm not affiliated with the class in any way other than I've sat in on meetings in previous semesters, but I just wanted to pass on the notice that the class exists if there are people who (need more units and) want to learn a bit more about what Cal is known for both other than and in addition to athletics. The class is run by the Rally Committee and each meeting basically consists of a guest speaker (usually an alumnus or semi-fancy University person) talking about the topic of the week. It's an awesome class and a pretty sweet way to learn a bit more about a pretty sweet university.

The first meeting is today from 5-6:30PM in 155 Barrows (though they might be at the Campanile a bit after 5, if other classes are any indication).
