I watched this game… he played the entire time and more than any other single player on the team… he’s being groomed and given experience so he can start on opening day, it seems.
Plus Buck kept calling him the MVP of the game (true) and talking about how great he’s playing for a rookie. He did drop one and fumble on the PR, but it was raining out there and the announcers let it slide as rookie mistakes.
The announcers, the coaching staff and now the fans will be totally behind Djax by the time opening day comes around. I’m so incredibly happy for him.
