Love Squid's open-field tackling
IMHO, it’s by far his best quality as a DB. I’m not 100% sold on his status as a “lock down” corner, but I’m certainly optimistic.

Wow, great recall! YES it was ruled ultimately incomplete even though he took several steps with possession. Plus it wasn’t confirmed as incomplete… it was ruled a fumble then overturned!! OVERTURNED!! hmmmm… it’s scary how angry I still am at that play.

We got robbed so many times last year it drives me nuts… and you know the Pac10 refs are commonly derided as the worst in the biz.

I know our whole team had a lot of problems last year, but if it wasn’t for the screwed up backwards pass call against Washington, we might have won that game – or at least had a much better chance.
