6/4 DBD: Marshawn and the "Bill" of Rights

Stay connected for news and updates

So not much going on the world of Cal Sports . . . but we have found out that Marshawn has invoked his Sixth Amendment Right to the assistance of counsel and/or his Fifth Amendment Right to remain silent regarding the hit and run his car was involved in recently.http://www.contracostatimes.com/colleges/ci_9470848

In any case, it doesn't look good for our former Cal Bear since police seem pissed at him for not talking with them.  Hey, I hate police just like any other red blooded Berkeley radical, but generally if you have nothing to hide, then why not tell your side of the story?  Not looking good for Marshawn, but I'll wait to pass judgment until there is more info.

Oh, and Cal men's "eight" rowing will be seeking a Nat'l Championship this weekend.http://calbears.cstv.com/sports/m-crew/spec-rel/060308aac.html

Gosh, Football season can't come soon enough.

Go Bears!

P.S. Stupid question: How do you insert type into links so that they can flow as part of a sentence?

The opinions expressed in a FanPost are, in every way, reflective of the opinions of every California Golden Blogs Marshawnthusiast. Moreover, they are reflective of every employee of SBNation, including Tyler "Blez" Bleszinski.
