Who else is leaving work early? LET THE SUMMER BEGIN!
If you *are* wandering the streets aimlessly, looking for something to do, Cal baseball has a key series this weekend. They are taking on our brother bruins to the South. First game is today at 2:30 PM. Tyson Ross is going today and hopefully will build on recent success. GO BEARS!
And if baseball isn't your thing, maybe you'll be interested in avant-garde stand up comedy.
I present Neil Hamburger , America's FunnyMan!
Here he is on Jimmy Kimmel . Man, is he good or what? It's like you mixed Borat with Tony Clifton. I LOVE it!
Enjoy the weekend. Tick tock! Tick tock! It can't come soon enough. GO BEARS!

I’m out of here in half an hour. Not really looking forward to driving to Boston for the weekend, but them’s the breaks.
I'm still wondering why the Nets didn't draft Leon Powe.
This Hamburger cat—in this picture he looks a bit too much like Stoney for my taste. Yes, Stoney was doing his thing way back in the early 80’s too. I bet the jokes (if you can call them that) haven’t really changed much.
Go Bears!

DeVon shows the Nets some love. I don’t know if I could stop myself from yelling “GET THE TABLES!” every time he scored, though.

long weekend, here i come!
Andy Katz’s blog contains a bit about both Mike Montgomery and Trent Johnson. Katz’s expectation:
The Bears can be competitive in the Pac-10’s top six without Anderson. With him, there’s the potential to compete for an NCAA berth and a league title.
Katz also tells us that Anderson will probably stay in the draft if he’s projected to go in the lottery. Right now, I just don’t see that happening.
So, basically, you gotta Go Bears!
I'm still here
DeBartolo Sports University has a world famous QB Academy. Such notable alumni include Pat Barnes. Recent Cal Football Alum Geoff McArthur is the wide receiver coach for the program.
