Can I still chant BARRY BARRY BARRY
Sheriff of the Welcome Team.
Welcome.
But Stop Arguing Nate vs. Kevin.
whenever I attend Giants games
as a rival A’s fan…I make sure to chant
“Put in Zito!” Followed by clap, clap, clapclapclap. It’s usually well received by poser orange and black fans…
The Giants should be buying Texiera hookers…forget about CC…they don’t need more expensive pitching.
The Maharg makes me look like an idiot.
It’s funny most Giants fans don’t have any bad feelings towards the A’s, but all A’s fans I know hate the Giants and hate Giants fans. Kinda like some huge inferiority complex is at work on some level.

Please disregard the above ramblings as those of a clearly delusional fan.

shrug, I like the A’s…I’d root for them in WS if it wasn’t vs the Giants.

If you're cheap like me...
The B.S. ‘we need more money but don’t want to advertise it" fees are for no apparent reason cheaper if you buy the tickets over the phone throught the tickets.com 1-800 number. I tried through Calbears.com and the official Emerald Bowl site, and the smallest ‘processing/convenince’ fees were over the phone.
I chose to “apply” for mine through the CalBears site. I have had better luck getting tickets that are in a predominantly Cal section that way.
I just ordered more of them to offset the fee.
It's seriously too bad that there's no building or complex around that might have a large supply of sports drinks.
Go to the official website.
Go to “Order Online”. Click on the middle icon, which says “Bowl Games”. It will make you put in your email and account password, and after that, it takes you to the request tickets page.
Go Bears!

I thought about that
But I figured that probably upwards of 80-85 percent of all the fans will be Cal fans anyway, so it will probably be pretty much the same all across the stadium (excepting the tickets sold through the Miami office)
Looks like Cal's alottment (non-students) is temporarily sold out
“We have temporarily exhausted our supply of non-student Emerald Bowl tickets. Please visit calbears.com/bowl periodically to see if tickets become available.”
First things first
will the Buena Vista Irish Coffee stand be open during the game?
Borderline alcoholics enquiring minds want to know.
$55 for a student ticket?!?!
That’s more than half than student season tickets were…and I bought it anyway. Caltrain party on the way up!
http://mymindgrapes.wordpress.com
If we get stuck in the endzones i’ll be ticked off. Anyone know where the student section is?

So expensive!!!
Yeah, I put down the $55 too. Does anyone know where students have sat in the past? We better not get shafted like we did at the SC game.

Where would the majority of Cal fans be sitting?
The Band is in the left field bleachers. That’s all I know.

To all Cal tailgaters here
I’m going to be up at the game this Dec 27 but none of my friends will be because they are all lazy ass commies from SoCal who don’t want to travel up. My plan is to drive up to Berkeley, park the car in front of the appt I rent with my friends, take a BART to SF, take a BART back and if it’s not too late drive back to San Jose or if not I’ll do it the next day.
So my question is.. can I leech off any one of your tailgates? :D
Or possibly we can hold a CGB tailgate? If ever there was a plan to hold one this would be the best time for me because I graduate May and chances are I’m moving out of CA so I’ll be missing out :(
In other words, Go Bears!
if...
If you don’t want to drive… see if you can find a ride on Craigslist. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/rid
Or if you are going to be in SJ that night anyway, how about parking in SJ and taking Caltrain to/from the game?

$43 dollars, sec 134...hella crappy but I'll probably just move to the bleachers.
