Who's playing? West Virginia Mountaineers vs. North Carolina Tar Heels.
When is it? December 27, 1:00 PM EST.
Where is it? Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Why should you watch? 
Because you've wondered what's going to happen to the bowl's name if Bank of America goes under.  Also, you can't get enough Pat White.

Woo, big matchup is this weekend. It’ll be interesting to see if Louisiana Tech can maintain their mental focus in what appears to be a home game for them.

i like how the Independence Bowl still has its banner advertising itself as a matchup between the SEC and the Big 12, when, in reality, it’s a matchup between the MAC and the WAC.

Papajohn’s is worth watching because of the ridiculous winning streaks those teams are on. 11 straight games between the two teams.
