Gentlemen, I’m not sure I agree with the move to put in Riley for health reason, but this is a game for men. Let’s go Bears!

I’m just praying he doesn’t get hit hard.

I think this was a planned sub for Riley
…. if LS wasn’t effective in the 1H, he was going with Riley at the drop of a hat… let’s see if i’m right at the post-game presser… i’m sure the question will be asked.
by danzig on Nov 8, 2008 6:59 PM PST reply actions 0 recs
The offense just feels more dangerous with Riley out there. I have hope!
by Tedfordisgod on Nov 8, 2008 7:00 PM PST reply actions 0 recs
I agree…. i just hope Riley’s relaly 100% okay enough to be playing

Like you said, I don’t think Tedford is the kind of coach to risk the health of his QB just for a game we were expected to lose. He’s probably okay to play, as long as he doesn’t run headfirst into groups of LBs.

When a player is recovering from concussion...
DON"T SLAP HIS HELMET TO CONGRATULATE HIM!
by danzig on Nov 8, 2008 7:00 PM PST reply actions 2 recs
I feel like Riley should be wearing the old Steve Young double helmet out there

Take a hold, take a 15 yd for a chop block, but DO NOT LET THEM HIT RILEY. Still don’t think I like this move. But what do I know, my school’s down 35.
