Eating the Enemy: UCLA
Bruin Meat Loaf
2 lb ground meat
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped,
I also add 1 small can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms.
Bake at 350 until done (about an hour).
When it looks close to being done, maybe 15 minutes,
I spread either BBQ sauce or ketchup over the top.

Just modify as needed: in the above, for example, make Vegan Bruin Meat Loaf by leaving out the meat, milk, eggs, and bread crumbs.
An Oregano loaf?
This sounds like an excellent recipe for my new book, “Recipes for a Depression.” Only available in Euros.
Dude, real bear fans use Tomato Sauce on meatloaf, not ketchup
And BBQ sauce is for BBQ pork, not meatloaf, for God’s sakes. Where are you from?
Stand the whole game, stay to the end, and start yelling while they're still in the huddle. GO BEARS

Considering this is a Bruin recipe, I think it’s safe to say these people aren’t real Bear fans.
Still happy over the fact that the Nets signed Ryan Anderson. Now if only they can sign Leon Powe after this year...
